Is the treatment safe?
Treatment is provided by a licensed dental clinic in Moldova that carries full medical responsibility and provides a written warranty. SmileWay organises your travel, accommodation and support, and accompanies you throughout the trip.
Can the price change after I arrive?
The preliminary plan is based on your X-rays. After the in-person examination the final plan and price may change, typically within 5–10%. Any larger change requires a new offer and your explicit confirmation before treatment starts.
What documents do I receive after treatment?
A complete post-treatment package: treatment documents, invoice, the clinic's warranty certificate and aftercare recommendations.
How many trips will I need?
Many treatments are completed in one trip. Complex implant work may need a second trip about 6 months later — your treatment plan will say so clearly, and we organise both trips.
How do I pay?
After accepting your offer you pay a 70% deposit by card, Wise, SEPA or SWIFT transfer. The balance is paid according to the payment schedule in your offer.
What about refunds?
Refund terms are part of your offer. You can submit a refund request from your patient account and track its status there.
Who sees my medical data?
